3 | pounds lobster meat, cooked and roughly chopped |
2 | stalks celery, roughly chopped |
1 | stick unsalted butter, melted |
1 | teaspoon kosher salt |
½ | teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper |
6 | split top hotdog buns |
1. Place the buns in a toaster and slightly toast the buns. Spread a thin teaspoon of butter on either side of the bun.
2. In a large bowl place the lobster meat and mix in the celery, melted butter, kosher salt, and black pepper.
3. Stuff the cooked lobster into the toasted buns and serve immediately!
We like to serve this straight up with potato chips, they always seem to be the best accompaniment!
10 minutes prep time (if you buy the lobster meat freshly cooked)
