1 | loaf french bread, sliced in ½-inch pieces |
1 | large garlic clove, cut in half |
4 | ounces shredded Parmesan cheese |
8 | ounces sundried tomatoes, finely chopped |
8 | ounces sliced green olives |
1 | tablespoon olive oil |
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
2. Meanwhile, mix the cheese, tomatoes, and olives together in a large bowl with a fork so they are completely combined.
2. Remove the hot bread from the oven and immediately rub it with the fresh cut side of the garlic clove. Then spread it a little bit of the olive tomato mixture on top. Drizzle with a little olive oil if needed, and serve!
