We do a simple grilled chicken with garlic and paprika.
Our favorite is just a good ole’ grilled chicken salad!! Grilled chicken breasts over a bed of lettuce and tomatoes!

my favorite would be hard to say…. we enjoy summer veggies in salads or rubbed with EVOO and tossed on the grill…it’s amazing how much meat we DON’T grill while the summer gardens are full.
We love boiled shrimp, avacodoes, & pasta salad.
I make a super yummy (and healthy) potato/corn/cheddar chowder!
Grilled zucchini with pepper and feta atop.
I love fresh gaspacho from our garden bounty!
