One of the great things about Panera Bread is that it is always open for lunch, no matter the weather. The other week when there was a snow day and my babysitter couldn’t make it in I needed something to do with my daughter so we went to Panera for lunch. I always steer clear of taking her to junky fast food restaurants, but Panera is one place I never even think about driving to. I know each time we go our meal will be made fresh with quality ingredients. That kind of assurance as a diner and a mother is priceless.
Working on this project with Panera has been very enlightening. I always knew the ingredients were of the highest quality, but I didn’t realize just how strong their commitment is to fresh food. To demonstrate this fact they have a Facebook fanpage exclusively dedicated to videos detailing just how fresh their ingredients are. After watching this I know that they know how to select their tomatoes! Everything is made to order and their delicious breads are baked fresh daily. In fact, they are having a really fun contest on Facebook where you can fill in a bubble for your Ode to Bread and it might be chosen for a USA Today Ad. Check that out here! They also have some great videos up on their website where you can see them bake their breads and attempt (I mean that, attempt) to make them at home.
I am so thrilled to be working on this compensated review program with Panera. Their unwavering commitment to quality food is a wonderful thing. I always have, and will continue to, walk with my daughter through their doors and know I am getting a delicious meal made from top notch ingredients.
