Pumpkin Challenge Week & Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cupcakes with King Arthur Flour Giveaway! {Naptime Simple Tips}
Welcome to Naptime Chef Pumpkin Week! I am a huge fan of cooking and baking with pumpkin this time of year, and I know I am not the only one. This week I thought it would be fun to challenge everyone to cook or bake at least one awesome pumpkin dish during the week to get you in the mood for pumpkin naptime cooking.
So, consider this your challenge – get out your pumpkin and start cooking! You can make anything you want with any kind of pumpkin you want. Whatever it is, we want to hear how what you make! Of course, like any good challenge, the more you share the more chances you have to win some really cool Halloween prizes.
To keep this challenge fun I encourage you post pictures of your pumpkin dish or tell us about it on Twitter (tag @TheNaptimeChef) or by tagging The Naptime Chef Facebook fanpage. If you do this, you’ll get extra entries to win my totally awesome King Arthur Flour Pumpkin Cupcake baking kit of Halloween cupcake liners, Sugar Halloween Cupcake Decorations & King Arthur Flour black cocoa {official entry rules below} and will also benefit from your ideas. I also hope you’ll join my group Pinterest Board Titled “Project #6: Pumpkinmania 2012” and pin up some of your favorite pumpkin dishes!
If you want to become one of my official blogging sponsors write a post about your favorite pumpkin recipe and link to this post on your blog. 1 | 14 ounces can pure pumpkin puree |
2 | teaspoons baking soda |
2 | teaspoons cinnamon |
1 | teaspoon Kosher salt |

3. Mix in the chocolate chips with a wooden spoon and pour batter into prepared muffin tin, filling each cup ¾ full.
4. Bake the cupcakes for 25 minutes or until the tops spring back when touched and a cake tester inserted comes out clean.
